MonoPlus® Assembly frames

Product description

With by no means any lack of quality or experience, Theuma MonoPlus frames for assembly have been used for over 50 years in residential and commercial buildings. Extreme quality frames for assembly, in which quality and simple installation come first.

The MonoPlus frames for assembly are manufactured from steel plated in zinc using the Sendzimir process and have a wall thickness of 1 mm or 1.5 mm. After pre-treating the steel frame profiles, an electrostatic method is used to apply a scratchresistant and impact-resistant powder coating, which is then enamelled. This means that the frame provides long-lasting and high-quality protection with no need for further painting.

The frame is characterised by the interchangeable closing plate and the adjustable hinges attached directly to the locking tabs (1 mm) or to the hinge tray (1.5 mm). The unique mitre joints create a very stable construction and the assembled MonoPlus frames form a single whole with the wall. This means that even the heavier Theuma doors can be installed without any problems. The frame can be supplied with optional extruded seals.

MonoPlus frames are installed in recesses in the wall. Assembly of the frames is simple and fast for almost anyone, with no specialist knowledge or tools required.

The MonoPlus frames are available in square-edged designs, in lid and cable profile shapes, for the finished wall thickness range of 50 – 180 mm (in 5 mm increments). The frames are also available in versions resistant to fire and/or sound-proof.

The frames have a scratch-resistant and impact-resistant lacquered coat. The frames are lacquered with RAL 9010 or RAL 1013. Other colours are available on request.
