On 20 June 2012, Theuma’s new premises were officially opened. After 63 years of being based in Bunschoten, the frames factory moved to Nijkerk on 1 January this year.
Theuma is one of Europe’s largest suppliers of interior door systems. The company produces doors and frames at two factories in Belgium and the Netherlands. The doors factory is located in Bekkevoort, Belgium. The frames factory is situated on the Watergoor industrial estate in Nijkerk, right by the A28 towards Zwolle.
The new premises were designed by the architects Kelderman – van den Top and built by Slingerland Bouw. The building, consisting of a factory and office space, has an area of around 11,000 m².
